Beautiful accommodation and lovely little extras of honey/eggs/bread. Peaceful location with lovely views over the fields. Hosts were fantastic and even took us to see the sheep and horses the following morning.

What a great place. Top notch location for the avid walker, with lovely rambles everywhere. Excellent breakfast and dinner too. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful and very clean room.I slept very well indeed!

Natalie and Ray are the most wonderful hosts at The Handywater Cottages in Lower Assendon.We stayed on 2 occasions with them enjoying beautiful peaceful surroundings. Room was exceptional,clean and just lovely with fresh flowers in a vase.Everything worked like swiss clock and Natalie is Master Chef!!! I had my own restaurant for many years so l know genuine and excellent food( eggs from happy hens running around)We can't praise them enough.Its perfect disstance from Henley-on-Thames and when we mentioned taxi ,Ray offered to drop us off ,the most kind Always smiling and waiving if we seen them from distance.Natalie makes her own jewelery ,absolutely gorgeous ( and preserves and jams,perfect souvenir or gift)We loved it there!

Perfect location to explore Marlow,, lovely place with plenty of amenities and clean and tidy. Due to location you can hear the high street noise but nothing that disturbs. Would reccomnend for anyone visiting Marlow.

I loved that Josh from reception is very customer service oriented and every time that we returned to this hotel he did his best to help us with reservations, with bookings for the car. Whatever we would have asked him he did his best to come with a suggestion or an answer in the shortest time. Me and my colleagues felt so relieved when we saw that he was on duty because it made all the time our check in so fast and for us really means a lot as we are not having always a long rest in between duties.
