Good quality stay, comfortable room and bed, every room has a balcony with a view. There is a cafe and bar on site with good prices for dinners. Breakfast is good, recommended. The place itself is nice and stuff is very nice and helpful. The beach is very close.

Everything was good about this place It’s got a very warm and cozy atmosphere, even though it’s placed in a huge tower filled with apartments for rent, but their rooms are placed in the 40th floor and having view towards the sea and batumi town has made it the best choice. Also the manger has his office at the same floor and is always available for your requests.

Polite and helpful staff, perfect cleanliness and a pleasant welcome bonus in the room - was a great start to my vacation in Batumi. Beautiful view, Clean rooms and important thing for me was that there is toilet hose inside the bathroom (یوجد شطاف داخل حمام) Also the man in charge is very helpful and kind person The breakfast was good to my taste, middle eastern friendly menu they have (حلال)
