Madame Angela welcomed us very warmly. She was very hospitable. The house was really clean. If I come to Chios next year I will definitely choose this place again.The sea is perfect. The sand. My positive and negative experience with the restaurant on the beach. Pandaisia restaurant staff and owner were very kind and hospitable. Fastfood type products and all kinds of drinks available. The price is very reasonable. He is really very kind. Even if you sit down without eating or drinking anything, you will find that he treats you very kindly. That has no monetary value. Infinitely valuable. Definitely a reason for preference.

Our stay at Seaside Luxury Komi Beach Villa was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The villa is new, decorated with style and with the needs of people in mind. We enjoyed all the facilities in the villa which was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were extremely helpful and very responsive. The villa is situated on the beach which is a unique experience. It was close to the little harbour where we could get fresh fish. The beach itself is fantastic and the sea water is very clean. The surroundings offered a unique insight into the Mastiha tree tradition and the history and tradition of the island. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to come back next year.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It has a wonderful view of sunset. As a family with two children, we have enjoyed it very much. The host Nikos is very helpful and caring. The nearby Lithion beach has a very clear water and white sand, and hosts some nice sea food restoraunts. One word of caution: Do not rely on Google map navigation when you want to find your way in Lithi village. Many roads in the village are not roads but simply drive ways blocked by parked cars.

Amazing and extremely clean house. The location was ideal, nearby the square of the village and the sea. And not to mention the breathtaking view😍The hosts welcomed us with joy and gave us information about the island. Highly recommended for families, couples and friends. Apartment is brand new, located just couple of minutes walking from the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a lot of parking place close by (in the street or on a large, dedicated free parking area 100m away. Apartment is modern, equipped with all necessary amenities, very clean, comfortable and setup with style. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and all necessities. One of the best experiences in a private apartments for rent. Hosts are great, very pleasant and they visited every day to ask if everything is ok and is something is needed. They greeted us wit box of gifts, local specialities. Unforgettable experience and a most sincere recommendation to visit this beautiful island. We will come and visit again, for sure, and hospitality of Aristea and Stelios is, besides grat town of Chios and great island, one of main reasons.
