My stay at this apartment was fantastic and definitely ranks in my top 3 experiences. Originally, I had informed the host that I would be checking in around 6 PM, but due to border delays, I didn't arrive until 5:30 AM. Despite this, the host was incredibly accommodating, waiting for me to ensure I had a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant accommodation.

It was a pleasant experience to coordinate with the flexible selfcheckins staff and the manner they directed us to the room via the link. The apartment was completely equipped for cooking, laundry, ironing, and so on. There is ample parking in the basement designated to us.

Room was very comfortable and serviced everyday. Good choice of cooked breakfast freshly prepared. Staff were excellent. We checked out at 12 noon but we could store our luggage until we left for the airport at 3pm.

Incredible helpful staff, they helped us in every inquiry and their suggestions for dinner was perfect, too! Our room was super clean and spacious and location was great. We cannot thank you enough, because our flight back home was delayed and we weren't charged extra for spending one more night there (we had already payed a fee for late check out, but it was around 50€, half of the price of the room). They showed us they really cared for us! P.S. We personally had rent a car at Zagreb airport, but in this hotel there was "rent a car" service, cheaper by 25-30€/day.
