As expected, best place to stay in Erbil, staff was very helpful and friendly, all was good.

This is a very nice hotel, in very good condition. The staff are excellent and took good care of me. It's in a quiet area of the city, but getting around is not a problem because the Careem app works in Erbil. So it's easy to call and pay for a taxi.

Its near a shopping center, and there are alot of cafe and restaurants

Clean new hotel with excellent staff and service. One thing I noticed in non-chain hotels is that they start great, but then do not keep up with preventative maintenance and they deteriorate, so my advice is to always invest in maintenance to keep the standard as is.

Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a gourmet dinner, the food was consistently outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the state-of-the-art fitness center and the Turkish bath. The pool area was a hidden gem, providing a tranquil oasis with breathtaking city views. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. It was within walking distance of many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me plan my daily excursions with expert precision. Amazing amenities and you really feel that you are the center of their service. Staff were very helpful and sincere and the secured parking facility was a great plus for us.
