Great location, offered free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station, as well as buffet breakfast and dinner included (and drinks!) It was a lovely place to be, and in all honesty you could have a wonderful time here without setting foot outside the hotel! I liked that you could also book a private onsen if you didn’t feel comfortable going to the communal onsen.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring.

staff was amazing, they truly give you the feeling of a VIP. from the pickup at the bus station, including a nice check-in process in the room. The breakfast was delicious with beautiful view on mount fuji! the onsen in the room was perfect and it was an amazing experience overall to stay in this hotel. would definitely come back and recommend this place.

We just loved the Villa we stayed in. They provide you with complimentary juices for kids and wine for adults. The villa is very spacious. they even provide you with all the cutleries, BBQ Set and all other home appliances. The best part is the terrace area. In the morning, you get awesum view of Mt. Fuji from all the floors.

Really beautiful design and interior, super spacious in comparison with all the other locations we stayed in Japan. We really enjoyed dining in the restaurant, the dishes were so delicious!

The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The 2nd night, we booked Premium Suite for 4 ppl, they made the best 2 extra beds for us. Best view of Mt.Fuji

This was our best stay during our Japan trip. We were warned in advance when booking the stay that there will repairs undergoing during our stay. The only limitation for us were covered windows by scaffolding. Otherwise the service was perfect. I would recommend the stay there also for great experience during Japanese dinners and breakfasts which were served to us.

This hotel experience is phenomenal! The room is spacious and very clean. The staff is very attentive and very polite. The location is great if you want to explore mount Fuji with less crowd as the hotel is located in the residential area so less touristy compare to a lot of places around. Overall 10/10. Would love come back again soon.

Location, service and the villa it self. It's amazing place and the service perfect. They offer pick up and drop off at the train station. Wonderful stay and we saw Fuji :) Will definitely stay again
