Very spacious, comfortable, clean and warm without hot air blowing directly at the head board which was very much apreciated. Facilities were great, spent our evening playing pool and connect4 in the communal area. The suits had a kitchen cooker & all utensils for cooking and cleaning for longer stays. Did our laundry there and it was easy and spacious in wash laundry room (2xwasher & 2xdryer with tablets provided). We had our lugguage sent there and arrived before we did. They had a huge long drying/boot room for ski equipment in the winter to store anything by reception. We left our bags there on arrival before check in time. The bus station is about a 5min walk down hill. Hakuba station a bus stop away (check timetable as they're not frequent) or walk 30mins. Will definitely visit here again.

This property was giant! Amazing Japanese onsen, open kitchen and living room. A laundry room with ample space to store ski gear and clothes to dry over night. The customer service was wonderful! They reached out quickly once we booked to help my group coordinate ski rentals,rental car and give local advice on grocery stores and restaurants. This property come with a well equipped kitchen, fashioned to host groups of 8-10 guests. The lodging is a 5 minute drive from Happo base lift. Our group opted to rent a vehicle to get around the Hakuba area. A really nice place to relax during holiday and enjoy some skiing.

    We were pleasantly greeted by or host, and confirmation & handover checks etc went smoothly. The Penthouse accommodated our whole family in comfort and the location was very convenient too. I would highly recommend this property for those discerning traveller's looking for a 'grand' Hakuba experience.

    we loved it here. they looked after us with a great room and boy was it luxurious. we loved the brekkie, it was so nice. the view out to the mountains amazing. hakuba so nice! staff are all delightful. 5 stars for sure, great place and we will be back I am sure.
