SingaporeBeautiful rooms facing the lake, meals were elaborate and delicious so go in with an empty stomach or you wont be able to finish. Really enjoyed the onsen (there is a small outdoor section not to be missed). Staff were very attentive and helpful and found my son’s missing sweatshirt - when we drove back to look for it, the staff already had it wrapped in a bag at the reception. Will definitely come back!

United KingdomHuge, beautiful, comfortable apartment. The staff & service was fantastic; very attentive. It’s expensive but the experience was fabulous. We were given traditional outfits to wear for the kaiseki style dinner in the room. The food was delicious & very plentiful. Breakfast was the same - so much food! The highlight was the private heated spa pool on the balcony. It was a lovely relaxing experience in the middle of a very busy tour of Japan - just what we needed!

We chose this luxury traditional hotel to end our two-week trip in Japan. We were not disappointed. Our room included half board. The room itself is spacious with an outdoor Onsen facing the greens. We were treated like the kings the moment we arrived. The diner and breakfast were delicious and gastronomic. We enjoyed it so much!
