Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. You can enjoy a luxurious Japanese atmosphere. Everything about the hotel is just pure perfection. The Japanese restaurant is simply superb: we tried the sushi counter, the tempura counter and the incredible Japanese breakfast.
