BrazilThe stations is relatively far form the hotel, but they offer a transfer for free, at several times a day.
The hotel is awesome, the view is beautiful from all facilites and the room.
The public onsen DOES accept people with tattoos, is very clean, theres an inside and outside option, with space to take a shower before, and includes shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, fece toner and lotion, hair drier...
All the employees are very polite and helpful, and all the processes, like serving the diner in the room and disposing the traditional beds are done by traditional Japanese protocol.

Incredible traditional onsen with modern features. Very high quality, traditional, Japanese fine cusine. The onsen was beautiful and water was crystal clear. Private onsen was also excellent. Views and natural surrounds outstanding. Staff service was very good, and several staff spoke English very well. Highly recommend.

Location is about 5 mins drive from train station . If arriving between 1:30pm to 6 pm , just hope into a taxi and be driven to the ryokan for free . The room is clean and the view is superb .Meals were provided in private rooms . The outdoor onsen is small but clean and the ambience is great .
