We had a amazing stay at the hobbit house. The owner and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a lot of questions during our stay and always got immediate help. The homemade breakfast was one of the best we had. Also the room is just absolutely beautiful and unique.

Amazing people, absolutely delicious food and drinks, comfortable bed, spacious villa. This very authentic Sri Lankan hotel with jungle garden, monkeys, coconut palm trees. Sea is not suitable for swim but natural beauty makes for it. Nice pool, villas pool could be cleaned more often due to garden and trees around

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The food was fantastic, and the staff’s kindness and care made it such a memorable experience. I especially appreciated how the kitchen staff went out of their way to involve my daughter, letting her cook and help around the kitchen. The trip to the beach, where we learned about local fishing and got to buy fresh fish, was another highlight.

EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! There was nothing I didn't love about this place. The location is stunning, the views are stunning, the staff are superb (the Villa Manager Kumara is an outstanding host and master chef) Timmy is adorable (and so well behaved), grounds are huge well cared for and full of wildlife, the house, rooms comfy, clean, and contained all necessary amenities needed. It was just paradise. The people who let this property, Eden Villas, are also a very professional company. They were in contact with us during our stay checking that everything was up to spec and that we were happy with everything. My main contact with the Company, Nimali, was outstanding.

The villa is well designed and equipped with all the necessary. It is located in walking distance to the ocean, more beaches are in 5-10 minutes ride by tuk-tuk. The villa is far from crowded streets and absolutely quiet in the nights. Swimming pool is a big plus.
