Stayed here in May for 2D/1N. The staff and the accommodation was excellent. We were upgraded to the biggest suite on arrival. As we were travelling with our 10 month old daughter, a separate cot was provided for her as well. The service during our entire stay was exceptional. The hotel seemed to be centrally located with all the spots within a 10/15 mins drive. There are multiple options for cuisines/restaurants to chose from. I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I visit Kathmandu next.

I will talk about a situation that happened to me and the matter was dealt with very professionally by the manager and I thank him Mr. Raju Regmi, he was very cooperative as my wife passed by the room that I had reserved and my reservation was two rooms, they asked what was bothering us and we explained to them and he did nothing but move us to a suite with two rooms and indeed we were moved and they made sure of our comfort in general the hotel is very friendly and I also thank Mr. Siroj Maharjan he knows how to speak Arabic and his style is very respectful and he was cooperative with us I thank them and I apologize for forgetting a person who received me at the beginning and made me enter he deserves thanks as well

The hotel was fantastic, particularly the staff! Ram and the team really took care of us and made sure we had a wonderful first time in Nepal. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a beautiful view of the city, which was great to have breakfast there each morning and also dinner. Location wise it's easy to access all of the main sights in Kathmandu, and the front desk helped call taxis when required. The area is very quiet, even though it's in the city centre. Would happily stay again and recommend the hotel.

Great hotel! When you return from trekking in the mountains, it's a perfect place to relax and recover. The staff is always willing to accommodate guests: they checked us in early and allowed us to check out an hour later. The pool is fantastic, the hotel's area are beautiful, the bed in the room is huge, and the fruit plate in the room was a nice bonus. The hotel is located close to the main square but on a quiet street.
