We stayed in Porto for three nights and, from the moment we arrived, felt warmly welcomed. The staff were extremely professional, providing us with detailed information about the city, offering excellent recommendations, and even greeting us with a welcome drink—a gesture we truly appreciated. The room was impeccable: spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The shower’s water pressure was excellent, which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping team did an exceptional job, ensuring everything was maintained to perfection. Regarding the hotel’s location, it is extremely convenient, being close to the metro station and offering easy access to all the tourist attractions. It’s also worth noting that the area is quiet and safe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Overall, a highly recommended experience—we would return without hesitation!

A very good mix of the best traditional aspects of the city of Porto on its front and in the street itself, with the modern touch of the internal area, with a comfortable and private place to enjoy the staying. The team was great and very thoughtful. The details are very important and it was amazing to feel very welcomed to our room, with a lovely tray with some of the best Pastéis de Nata that we had in our lives! A beautiful place that offered us a lovely experience.

    From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we were treated to 5 star service, from the start of our stay to the end. Great location, excellent hotel & breakfast, superb room. The staff were outstanding, couldn't do enough to make the most of your stay with them and get the very best out of Porto. The GA Palace has only recently opened and a very Hugh service was offered. Thank you to to one and all.
