We haven’t had such an amazing stay in a very long time. The place is in a fantastic location, close to historic sites and the Christmas market. It’s also very pet-friendly. The host was incredible—right at the start, they brought us a delicious cake. Throughout the stay, they made sure we felt completely at home. And Charlie, the amazing dog—our little ones (we brought two dogs with us) seemed to fall in love with him. They had so much fun playing together. We will definitely visit again. The man at reception was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and professional. One step ahead of us, as guests. Fantastic gym. One of the best hotel gyms, especially for the small number of guests. The breakfast was also outstanding. Definitely a 5 star hotel.
