Heavenly view from our room and the bathroom. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Room was very cosy anf the staff was very hospitable. The only downside was that we couldn’t smoke in the balcony but other than that no complaints

We’ve just left and loved absolutely everything. As the pictures show, you get a truly unique experience right on the beach front. We even had one day of bad weather and that didn’t detract from the experience. The location is perfect, right next to the pier, on the quieter end of Sairee Beach so it felt remote, which we preferred but still with some nice restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance of livelier areas. What really makes the stay is Danny, the host. He offered so many good recommendations throughout the stay, including help with the onsite BBQ (even if the weather eventually stopped us). He was always available to book things for us or to provide a variety of restaurants for all types of food. I’d also recommend a sandwich from his bar, fantastic Vietnamese baguettes. A great stay and would highly recommend if visiting Koh Tao! Thanks very much Danny!

The villa is fantastic, with wonderful view and private pool, perfect for family stay. Beautiful territory. Very nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff is great, especially in the diving center. Really the best hotel on the island!

EVERYTHING! Amazing view, wow effect, price, nature, we had no bugs or everything (well we got only one:)), the pool was clean and very useful, the terrace is amazing, we got 6 bottles of water for free each day, welcome drink, we regreted not staying there for more days, would recomend it for sure!

Comfortable bed, immaculately cleaned pool (daily), comfortable lounge area with a huge fridge and TV. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, they are both helpful and accommodating. Beautiful location, the view is second to none.
