Luxury Hotels in Ko Ngai

Of course it is a beautiful resort, but what made it 10/10 was the staff! Super nice and helpful people! Also, they have an own app, which made communication, transportation and even reservations, so everything really easy during our stay. We traveled with our baby, I would totally reccommend this resort for families, they even had a wonderful kids corner.

Really cozy and laid back atmosphere. Nice and clean beds with privacy and air con . The staff is really nice and the breakfast is good.

Loved the private individual villas. Great size and everything we needed in them. Less than a minutes walk to breakfast and pool. Beautiful cared for gardens The breakfast area is lovely no mad rush to get to the breakfast food that you find in larger hotels. Pool area right on beach is beautiful. Cocktail hour is fun. The lovely touch of fruit and cold water brought to sunbeds is a lovely touch. Food is amazing we didn't have one bad meal and ate lunch and evening meal in hotel more than we normally would while on holidays. We didn't want to leave the amazing atmosphere. We stayed around pool longer than normal, showers were taken at leisure to return back to restaurant with beautiful beach atmosphere and great food always finished with a nightcap and friendly banter. Reception staff very helpful and great to deal with. Lovely refreshing drink and cold towel on arrival. They organised airport pick up and return, a moped for a couple of days and taxi to Old Town for a day out which is so helpful takes all the guesswork out of who to call. Every single member of staff amazing with friendly greetings but not intrusive. Owners on site and always ready for a chat. We loved our stay and have booked to return and counting down the days to do it all again.

This is a really lovely place (in a somewhat unprepossessing location/island). The room was large and v comfortable. The numerous staff were incredibly helpful and obliging. The gym was fine and the pools were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurants v good.

Beautiful house with nice pool and surroundings with exotic plants. Oceanview. Kitchen well equiped. Host Maria so attentive and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay!

The villa was very nice. Good space and well furnished. The attic won the kids over. The best part of our stay however was Maria's care. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
