The villa is amazing. It has a great view from the living room and the bedroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is a little bit away from the main streets which allowed us to relax and have some calm moments away from all of the noises. The private pool in which you can get whenever you want leaves no comments- it is just simply great. This is exactly what we were looking for and we highly recommend it for couples. The fact that you have to climb up the hill to get there is just a normal thing, you can’t avoid it to have a great view and calm area. The owner and the person who welcomed us were very friendly and helpful, they answered all of our questions and recommended nice restaurants. We ordered the floating breakfast from the hotel above - it was not so much choice in terms of the dietary requirements but it was a very fun experience so it was 100% worth it. 😊

Free shuttle service to access to Ao Nang Beach, Macro Food Market and Night Market was so excellent. Reasonable priced room rates for six nights, the second 2023 trip to Krabi, with two bedrooms & two toilets, daily room service, kitchenware, public pool, and private parking area, was remarkable, and the Lux Family Villas was one of the best in Krabi and Trang province, based on my staying for four weeks in Krabi and Trang provinces in November-December 2022. During last trip I have been Koh Phi Phi(5 nights), Koh Kradan(5 nights), Railay West Beach(6 nights), Ao Nang Beach(2 nights), Patong Beach(4 nights), Phang Nga, and, etc. I do strongly recommend Lux Family Villas for two couples or a family with children, and was so impressed with friendly-hearted staff service. Definitely I will choose the Villas with a private pool, as planned third trip to Krabi in December 2023.

Facilities and service were top class. From collection from the airport until the last minute in the villa, everything was thoughtfully taken care of, service was impeccable, fast and friendly. Communication with the teams in the villa was extremely efficient and the response time was minutes at most. Transport on the free Tuk-Tuk service left us off in the middle of Ao Nang with a 5-7 minutes travel time, no issues at all. The villa was quite and relaxing, pool was great, WIFI worked just fine. Everything was great, no complaints.

First of all the lady called Ching who was our contact for everything around the villa was great. The Villa itself was also perfect. There were so many small details like ice cubes which were frequently renewed, a water dispenser, a little coffee machine, open netflix account and for our check-in they got us fresh fruits and a little welcome drink. But what we loved the most was the privacy and the awesome pool. We really loved everything about our stay. When we booked we were a bit worried because the place doesn‘t have many reviews but they were totally unreasoned. We‘d love to come again!

All the people were exceptionally friendly and always eager to please. The breakfast buffet offered wonderful variety and so filling that we usually skipped lunch. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. We highly recommend walking to the fossil shell cemetery at low tide, it was quite fascinating to see all the live creatures and the exhibits.
