The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in our travels over the past 18 years. One would think it was just built... come to find out it was built in 2017! Cleanliness was remarkable, breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were responsive and accommodating. The gym was GREAT. The rooms were so very well appointed, and the decor was splendid. The value for money spent was top notch.

I absolutely loved how friendly the staff was and the atmosphere of the entire property. We were in for our anniversary and we came back from our planned event to a bottle of wine in the room, a very nice hand written thank you card, some buckeye popcorn from the lobby and cards for breakfast the best morning. Drinks at the bar and Starbucks drinks. Rose petals were laid on the bed also. My husband and I never splurge on ourselves and this was such an incredible treat.

My stay at Jungle House was absolutely perfect! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged, making me feel completely at home. The host was very kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient for getting around. I felt relaxed and truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely choose Jungle House again and highly recommend it to others!

The location was close to Nationwide Arena for the concert we were attending. Hilton was definitely the nicest and luxurious hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room was equally amazing. The in room dining option was cool and the food was absolutely delicious.
