The rooms are spacious with excellent facilities. The staff are very helpful and they always go above and beyond to try and help you. The breakfast was rich and you can order as much as you want. I highly recommend this hotel. They help you book tours, buses, rent motorbikes.

We stayed 3 nights in a double deluxe room which was spacious, well furnished and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful and went an extra mile to help us. Special thanks to Jenny! The breakfast buffet was served in a comfy lounge and was really nice, with variety.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. Location: The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access provided by property through Hotel's EV shuttle to public transportation and nearby attractions. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, with clear attention to detail in every corner. Room: My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning mountain and valley view. Bed and Pillows: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were plush and supportive - I slept like a baby! Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. Ambiance: The hotel's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a lovely atmosphere in the lobby and common areas.     I do not like to give 5 stars review and 10/10 as it seems to take away from the “quality” of the review. But man oh man… PLEASE treat yourself and visit Pao’s. It is truly amazing. The location, the views, the service, the personell. Outstanding! Also… the breakfast is a WIN! Dinner was also great.

    On arrival, the lovely ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Our room was upgraded as there were no mountain views due to visibility. The room looked just like the pictures and the bed was super comfortable. Exceptional service from the front desk lady helping confirm our travel arrangements AND packing us a takeaway snack bag or our overnight train!! 5 stars!

    We booked for Deluxe Double with a balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view of this amazing city, Mr. Kim knows how to treat is guesses like a 5 Star from the moment we cross the entrance door we feel like VIP, unfortunately we had to move to our next destination, staff here always smiling and useful for any requests, breakfast fresh and healthy, bed comfortable so I would recommend this hotel without a doubt for the value we sure look to come back next time in Sapa!
