Everything is great in this hotel. Easy access, you can stop in front of the hotel with car for check in. Room very clean and well designed. Very confortable. Good amenities and slippers in room. One employee drove us there personally so we wouldn’t miss our bus. That was definitely going above and beyond to help a guest! It was very much appreciated!

The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.
