The room was spacious and had a balcony as well, that you can use during spring and summer. Breakfast was great with good selection and amazing desserts and sweet pastries. The staff were very friendly and communicative.

Located on the shore of Lake Traunsee, with direct lake access, Das Traunsee - Das Hotel zum See 4 Stern Superior is situated in the centre of Traunkirchen in the Salzkammergut, 10 km from Gmunden. Love the environment there, it's a very peaceful place. The staff are helpful, and patient. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast too is delicious

This 4-star superior hotel is located in the heart of Traunkirchen and offers two restaurants, a spa area with an infinity pool and lake access with a private swimming area. The room and the view and the view from the spa were just incredible! Breakfast is also something else! All the people working there were really nice. We did enjoy the quietness of this place a lot!

We had a lovely time as a family, close to supermarkets, hiking paths and the lake / swimming spots. Also close to restaurants and other sightseeing locations. The views were lovely, the setting just amazing. The house is very clean, well equipped and there is nothing that did not met our expectations. There were little treats too, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed there for prolonged weekend and it was perfect. Modern, clean and sunny. On top of that it is located straight by the lake close to small but nice beach. There is a lot of activities nearby. Owner is really helpful. Great communication. Nothing was problem. Definitely can recommend this place to stay.
