Exactly what you need when you just arrive. Then, breakfast was excellent served in a clean and cozy atmosphere. Greetings to Stefi and Michael, the owners / managers for maintaining everything at highest standard. The hotel is exactly what you need: perfectly placed, quiet, clean, comfortable, functional. I fully recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore the Austrian Lakes, as everything is 1 hour away by car and even this lake, Traunsee, has so many beauties to be discovered and explored. 10 out of 10 for us! Bonus: Cable Car is just behind the hotel.

This 4-star superior hotel is located in the heart of Traunkirchen and offers two restaurants, a spa area with an infinity pool and lake access with a private swimming area. A perfect getaway location. Everything is thoughtfully designed and created with purpose. The rooms are cozy, the breakfast was incredible, and the town feels like it’s straight out of a postcard. The cocktails in the bar were some of the best we’ve had!

Fancy Luxury Home In Former Tavern is gelegen in Gmunden, op 44 km van Messe Wels en 50 km van Rieder Messe, in een omgeving waar je kunt wandelen. Convenient location close to the lake, this historic tavern had a lot of charm. The large living/dining area had lots of light and a huge table for seating. The kitchen was very functional and had all we needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds with lots of natural light. The sauna was a lovely addition especially after a long day of hiking.
