A hairdryer is offered in the private bathroom. It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.

A minibar and tea and coffee making facilities are provided. I like it a lot. A bit pricey but it is a proper 5 star hotel. Really nice and professional staff. The best choice if you have a long wait to transit at Vancouver airport.

An iPod docking station and free WiFi are provided in the rooms at L’Hermitage Hotel. All rooms include luxury bathrobes and an Italian marble bathroom. Select rooms include a fireplace and a sofa bed. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hot tub and heated pool was luxurious.

The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbour. Our facilities include secure underground parking, an on-site restaurant, fitness facilities, and a quiet outdoor zen garden. Great location in Victoria, walkable to the Inner Harbour and Downtown, lovely cosy room with a balcony and kitchenette, 2 spacious bathrooms. Easy parking (parkade with gate) and most importantly - pet-friendly! There was even a little bag of pet treats provided :)

An en suite bathroom offers Luxury bath amenities, bathrobe, and slippers. Hotel reception, doormen, and house keepers are all exceptionally kind and familiar. Even when the reception was busy with other gueats checking in/out, I didn't feel ignored. Doorman was constantly watching who was coming in/ out which made me feel very safe. The receptionist was constantly paying attention to all surroundings too. House keeper, Katie, remembers all her guests by names, and on my last day at the hotel, she greeted me in my mother language, Japanese. This had never happed to me in any country/ hotel before. In addition, hotel room was vast for one guest. My room consisted of seperate living/ bed rooms with superb view of downtown! I shall stay Le Soleil again next year!

Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and ski storage space. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff was great, loved the onsite restaurant, good location. We unfortunately didn’t have the time to try out the facilities

In a prime location in the centre of Vancouver, Smithe House provides free WiFi throughout the property and a fitness centre. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service. Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!
