Staff are very friendly and polite, we came by car at 9 pm - no issues at all. Our room was upgraded to this huge room , really. The complementary hot/cold beverages that was always opened was great. 10 minutes walk from the falls it's a good location for a place that doesn't offer view to the falls. I do recommend this hotel and will return if I am in the area.

The basement literally has everything you need to live comfortably it’s extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and overall it’s such a cozy place to stay. I could easily live there for months. Ze reageren snel op vragen. Het uitzicht is super mooi; CN tower, Roger centre, aquarium, enz. Locatie is ook heel centraal. Parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het gebouw is heel handig.

This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.
