Hotel ABC is a centrally located B&B hotel with a refined, personal atmosphere for the individual guest, less than 500 metres away from the railway station of Chur. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Our trip to Switzerland started on a bad note: we lost our baggage. From there, some representatives working for the SBB were not very friendly, actually not friendly at all. So, frustrated, we walked into the hotel. Elia greeted us and made us so welcome, that I forgot all our troubles. His smile and service totally surprised me. He did note that the country being reliant on tourism would benefit from a better customer service than we had received, rather than the one we got from SBB. The rooms were so clean and welcoming, I had the best night's sleep there. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. With so much variety to choose from when it came to breads (I did try them all), and the cheeses (also tried them all :)) and other things to sample, I was glad I came down for it. I thought I lucked out with only Elias being so nice, but the next day's person working at the reception (did not write his name) was also super nice and helpful. He held out luggage for us to walk around the town. Excellent service, excellent hotel and staff. Really enjoyed out stay.

Very beautiful cosy small hotel with friendly staff. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Nice wellness. Excellent breakfast with a large selection and a delicious afternoon snack. Free skibus in front of the house.

The quality of the rooms is excellent and bed is comfortable - everything is stylish from the bathroom tiles right to the Dyson (!) hairdryer! Breakfast with a lovely choice and local products. staff is super friendly and upbeat. We also loved the Spa which came in handy on a rainy morning.

Spa and wellness facilities including a hot tub and a hammam, as well as the possibility to arrange massage treatments, are at guests' disposal during their stay at Hotel GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ. The area is popular for hiking and skiing, and ski equipment hire is available at this 5-star hotel. We liked everything. This place, especially off season is a gem.

Staff was very friendly and nice guy, definitely recommending!!!

The resort had a wellness area which I highly recommend (: The receptionist from the hotel kept in touch with us and took care of our satisfaction. I will definitely choose the same place in the future.

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, and hot tub, as well as a bar. An incredible hotel! One of the best we've ever stayed at. The rooms are stunning, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the food was outstanding and the wellness center was really great. The hotel also organized a snowshoe walking tour, which was a unique and special experience. We will definetyly come back next time we will be in Livignio. Before booking, we had a few concerns: Food – We didn’t find many reviews about the food, especially dinner, which made us hesitant. However, we decided to go with the half-board option, and we’re so glad we did. The food was absolutely fantastic! If you're considering it, definitely go for the half board—you won’t regret it. Location – We skied in Mottolino, which required taking the blue bus. One great advantage of the hotel’s location is that the bus is almost empty when heading to the gondola, as it drops most people before the hotel'sstation. On the way back, most skiers prefer other buses, so it’s not too as crowded as the other buses. Overall, it's a great location for skiing.
