For a city like Chengdu, accommodation plays a crucial role in the travel experience. As we returned from Jiu Zhai Gou, Mira was on standby at the lobby and provided us a smooth checking-in with the best view of Cheng Du as usual. The in-room washing machine was a game-changer, making packing much easier since we had to move quickly to the next destination. During this stay, Ana gave fantastic recommendations for visiting the panda park, where we enjoyed watching adorable pandas play and roll around. Conversations with Kathy and Leo provided valuable insights into Chengdu’s culture, must-visit spots, and the best places to satisfy my hotpot cravings. I also want to thank two other nightshift staff members, whose names I regret forgetting, for their assistance. In a tech-savvy city like Chengdu, where many services rely on mobile apps for food ordering, ride-hailing, and navigation, excellent customer service becomes essential. The staff’s patience in guiding us through these apps was invaluable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip. Overall, their support truly enhanced our experience.

We are a family of 4 adults. The two bedrooms apartment was perfect. Rooms were large and there are 2 bathrooms. Living room was large with a good size kitchen. Room was well maintained and clean.

يقع Kempinski Hotel في منطقة ووهو وعلى بعد 5 دقائق بالسيارة من محطة القطار الجنوبية تشنغدو، كما يوفر مسبح داخلي وغرف واسعة مع تلفزيون بشاشة مسطحة وخدمة الإنترنت المجانية. I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.
