The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

The property is very well located, in the nicest neighbourhood. The rooms are very well maintained and the team did everything to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend the breakfast as well. It also houses a wedding hall at 8th floor of the hotel. The Niccolo Chengdu is perfectly located right next to Taikoo Li, an upscale open-air shopping area that also includes the Da'ci Temple. It's also conveniently connected to the IFS (huge shopping mall). The service was excellent—attentive and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and included nightly turndown service, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was also generously sized. The concierge service stood out, with Jon providing outstanding assistance in organizing all of our attraction bookings. Highly recommended!

Offering an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, 8 minutes' walk from Taikoo Li and IFS Shopping Mall, The St. Regis Chengdu is located in Chengdu. It is only an 8-minute walk from South Taisheng Road Subway Station (line 4) and a 15-minute walk from Tianfu Squuare Subway Station (line 1 and 2). Free WiFi access is available. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
