The hotel is beautiful! The location is close to everything and it has an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was super friendly, and we got a lot of little extras with our reservation (welcome drink, 1hour in the jacuzzi, 30min massage, breakfast). The food and drinks were delicious too. And they have parking on site

The owners were amazing, Andre in particular was great. We had suffered several delays and lost luggage and so we arrived at the property extremely stressed. Andre and the team were very generous with their attention and care. They even followed up with the airline to help trace our bags which we were eventually able to find!!!

Too bad that we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight. We would have loved to try the delicious breakfast that was recommended in other reviews :)

Absolutely stunning location, luxurious accommodations, friendly and helpful staff. Loved sitting out on the deck in the hot tub in the evening under the stars, and the netting deck was super cool (took a minute to get used to it). Very good dinner and breakfast, good value. Highly recommend.

Staying at La Caracola made our time in Salento extra special. Erika was very nice and helpful throughout our time there. She had great patience for our not great understanding and speaking of Spanish. The room was an ok size and the bed quite large and comfortable. Everything was very clean and breakfast was great as well.

The most magical place. Diego is an incredible host and his property is beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights on his beautiful farm and had such a pleasant stay. Could not recommend this place enough! The horse riding tour was fabulous! You can milk the cows and everything to see in this area is close by. Such a peaceful and beautiful place outside of the touristic Salento.

We loved our stay here! The room was perfect and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was amazing. The staff were really lovely and made us feel so welcome. The pool was great too. We can’t recommend this delightful little hotel enough! I have a feeling we’ll be back again for a return visit. Thanks for everything Marien & Valentina!
