Just awesome. Great room with jacuzzi. 2 tours were included, sloths on the property and an awesome evening walk with lots of frogs and even a snake. Breakfast included as well, free hot chocolaté and Coffee available 24h. Friendly staff and great food and breakfast. Loved it.

The whole experience at Tabacón was exceptional. It is expensive and we were (to be honest) expecting it to be quite busy with little space for a personal stay. However, this was absolutely not our experience. We were amazed at how private the thermal pools felt. There are so many places where you can sit with your own group completely secluded from others. The service was amazing and the quality of the food, drinks was also very high. An expensive trip, but certainly well worth it after 3 weeks of traveling through Panama and Costa Rica (a little bit of TLC for the family).

A luxurious way to explore the cloud forest and Costa Rica. Ample opportunity to immerse yourself in nature. The staff felt like family by the time we left.

Surrounded by 300 acres of lush rainforest, Chachagua Rainforest Hotel offers charming accommodation and an outdoor swimming pool. The location is amazing, your own hire car is highly recommended. The resort is a unique nature experience with passionate welcoming staff. The hot springs, river, both restaurants, guided walks were all amazing. Only regret is not staying for 4 nights instead of two.

This luxury Virtuoso resort offers spectacular views of the Arenal volcano and valley. It features free WiFi throughout, 28 hot spring pools, a spa and a fitness centre. Loved the room, the bathroom, all the details. The view from the room was great, as well as the springs, both inside the Hotel and at Club Río. Personal was kind and welcoming, an extra star for Jorge and Diego at the restaurants! I would say it was also pretty good in terms of accessibility. I truly recommend the Spa, Gabriela will make sure you to have the best experience. Breakfast was good and varied, they offer GF options including pancakes and toasts. I also liked having lunch at Tres Cascadas.

Nayara Gardens is a luxury boutique hotel and spa set against the panoramic backdrop of the Arenal Volcano, surrounded by Costa Rican Rainforest. The premise and landscaping were beautiful. Our room had a beautiful view of the volcano.

The comfortable bed and clean, fresh sheets helped me rest easily every night.
