We also enjoyed the Javor & wellness for an additional fee. It has a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas, all well kept. We also took advantage of the convenient Cross cafe next door for breakfast or just simply to grab coffee. The owner even left his Cross cafe discount card at our disposition. Thank you :) Everything was great and of high standard quality and service. We will definitely be back.

All units include a seating area, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom. A dishwasher is also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. I like the fact that i have booked this as a last minute in the morning and in couple of hours i was able to check in. Daniel was very accommodating. The apartment is very clean and spacious, ideal for families. It has a lovely view of the town and easy access via car, which can be parked outside on designated apartment car park , or accessible via train, that goes from Prague direct in nearby train stop. You will not hear the trains. The apartment was warm, modern and cosy with large windows. There is a fridge, microwave, oven, cooker and dishwasher with washing machine and a hairdryer. All you need. No need to bring your own bedding. We had an awsome relaxing stay using the Javor residence wellness pool as well made the most of the local ski slopes, which are walking distance from the apartment. red ski slopes of Spicak are a mile away. Set in Horní Planá, in a historic building, 49 km from Donau-Golf-Club Passau-Raßbach, Aparthotel & Wellness Knížecí cesta is a recently renovated aparthotel with a garden and shared lounge. The property features lake and garden views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything!!!! Best place I have been in a while. Completely renovated complex with top-notch furnishings, quality bedding, and lots of space. Everything is original. Wood floors, antiques everywhere, fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. The entire apartment for the price of a room. Breathtakingly beautiful grounds. Lots of wellness treatments to choose from. A hidden gem. Great selection of reading material. Completely private and quiet. Amazing staff. There are goats, sheep, and donkeys one can feed and pet. A chicken coup. Private pond with ducks, a kids play ground. Fruit trees. You name it. Breakfast was superb. A fire pit. This place is 🔥. It's located on the South side of Lipno, so it's very quiet. One can take the ferry across to visit the beach and get dinner at the local places there.....

The host of place was a very pleasant man. The accommodation had a fantastic garden with a pool, trampoline and large lawn to play on and the apartment contained everything we needed for 1 week. There was a good atmosphere in Apartments Lipno Serafin. It was only a short walk down to the city - and a lot of exciting places where you could go on excursions. Both the accommodation and the town of Lipno are clearly something we can recommend visiting :)
