The location was excellent, we easily found parking outside, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we will absolutely stay in Hotel Otavalo whenever in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly attentive, especially when it came to booking taxis and offering helpful local recommendations. The food was excellent—every meal was a real treat. The setting is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this place!

Hacienda Cusin, gevestigd in een 17e-eeuws huis in koloniale stijl, ligt op slechts 20 minuten rijden van de ambachtelijke markt van Otavalo. Prachtige omgeving en zeer mooi onderhouden hacienda en tuin. Het eten was heel goed met groenten uit eigen tuin.

La Mirage is een Hotel & Spa met 5 sterren, gebouwd op het terrein van een 200 jaar oude Haciënda. Het beschikt over orchideeëntuinen vol met pauwen en een gastronomische kookschool. We had absolutely great time, evenings by the fireplace in the room after a nice dinner in the hotel's restaurant—mornings in their swimming pools. The staff is gorgeous, they bring little treats and are always there if you need anything. The room is big, there is a big comfortable bed and they give you hot water bottles for the night since it gets chilly in this mountain region. That little town where the hotel is - is quite cute and a very safe place to be.
