Offering a spa centre and hot spring bath, Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena is set in Valbuena de Duero. Excellent service and amazing food at each of the food venues we tried; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good! Deserved of a Michelin star, in my opinion.

Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma occupies a Renaissance building that was formerly a university. It has a luxurious spa and there is free WiFi in all rooms. The old building (former university) is really spectacular, with a great covered inner patio. Our room was huge (maybe a bit dark) and the service flawless. Wonderful breakfast, and evening restaurant is also absolutely recommended. The "Baudelio" bath is quite a unique experience, a perfect copy of the San Baudelio hermitage .... (the only pity is a weird and complicated system of admission: you have to follow kind of a ritual; I would have preferred some explanation about the bath).

Surrounded by countryside and mountains, Hotel El Rancho is located in Torrecaballeros, just 10 km from Segovia. Madrid is an hour's drive away. Lovely place to stay. Comfortable beds, staff really nice, great breakfast. Spa good. Nice area for bars and restaurants. Would stay there again. Thank you.

It is a wonderful historic family house with more tha 200 years. It has some magical places that just transport you to some other time: gaming room, living room, covered balcony over the beautiful garden... The room was very confortable and the shower products of high quality. It is located right on St. James Way, near the cathedral and the Bishop house by Gaudi.

Facilities at Sercotel Puerta de la Catedral include free WiFi throughout the hotel. It is in the heart of the old town, on the same square as Salamanca’s Cathedrals. Location is amazing, the hotel is clean and so beautiful. Walking distance to everywhere. Its so nice and comfortable and cozy. I really did enjoy the breakfast too.
