Valaoritou 3 Luxury Rooms is gelegen in het centrum van Thessaloniki, op minder dan 1 km van Aristotelesplein en 15 minuten lopen van Museum van de Macedonische Strijd, en biedt accommodatie met... Mooie grote, comfortabele en schone kamer voor twee personen. Alles wat je nodig hebt in een leuke, gezellige maar hectische stad. De host heeft alles perfect uitgelegd en was bereikbaar voor bijkomende vragen en we werden goed geholpen. Leuke hippe buurt met goede restaurantjes en vlakbij het centrum. Wasmachine en kleine kitchenette is zeker een pluspunt, al hebben we die uiteindelijk niet gebruikt.

Cora Hotel & Spa heeft een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, een fitnesscentrum, een tuin en een privéstrand in Afitos. Mooie, ruime en schone kamer. De douche was top en we hadden een fantastisch uitzicht. Alles ruim opgezet ook. Mooie zwembaden.

We were staying one night (family of 4 plus our dog) and our expectations were met from the second we entered the Hotel till the moment we left. Extremely friendly, supportive and welcoming staff - hard to find these days. Definitely a place to recommend !!!

The hotel was very clean, breakfast very nice and fresh, very good wi-fi, friendly and kind staff. It's also located in a very central part of the city, definitely recommended.

Maybe other reviews downplayed my expectations. And I’ll tell you what, it’s not a 5 star resort for the price of 1 EUR per night, what some of the other reviewers seemed to expect. What it is however: absolute value for money. It’s clean, its comfy, the staff is friendly, sure the room/bathroom layout might give families some trouble, but it’s fine for couples. Entrance is provided by pincode instead of key, which is perfectly fine. The breakfast is not an open buffet but you get presented with a menu with 3 preselected options or you can mix and match to your liking. Which honestly is fine, atleast they offer some local options, next to more conventional ones. It is however far from a hogwarts dungeon like others seem to call it. Sure the view consists of other apartments but guess what! You exit the doors and you’re in the middle of the city! Brilliant. Almost everything noteworthy is at walking distance and for the few places that are too far, the bus provides a cheap alternative. Honestly there is not much to dislike. From the wife’s perspective the only „issue” we could really find was the placement of the mirror in the room. Due to the irregular layout the one mirror in the room does not have any lights close to it which might give issues on darker days if one would like to use the mirror for makeup.
