We did not meet the staff but the information provided by them via the phone was helpful, and the check in process was straightforward. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. We also received a bottle of complimentary wine. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.
