The rooms were comfortable with large flat-screen TVs and fast Wi-Fi, and the well-equipped kitchen made self-catering effortless. Extras like underfloor heating and a cozy fireplace add a luxurious touch. Our host was incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us with fresh fruit and wine and sending us off with a lovely selection of local delicacies. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Newly renovated and very nice rooms. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Also the room was quiet big. I‘d definitely book again.

We were driving to Zadar and encountered a horrible thunderstorm so had to exit the highway and found this gorgeous property, very peaceful and remote- last minute. It felt very thoughtful and luxurious with details like the vintage decorations, top appliances, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers etc. Loved the jacuzzi & sauna! Thank you for a wonderful, unexpected stay!

We appreciated the warm communication, the cozy cottage equipped with amenities ideal for week-long (or longer) stays, and its tranquil location marked by minimal traffic and beautiful natural surroundings. The convenience of having our motorcycles parked in the garage and our car right outside was particularly beneficial. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, this place still delighted us with its charm. Thank you for reminding us of the simple joys of cottage living paired with high quality accommodation.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the forest, yet close to the road and nearby towns. A small stream in front adds to the charm. Everything is new, clean, and well-equipped—especially the kitchen, which has everything you might need. The bed is comfortable, and the space is full of natural light. Waking up to birdsong in the morning is a lovely touch. Great location, with Golubinjak Park, Lokvarka Cave, and Fužine all nearby. Would definitely recommend!

The lake is 20min away on foot. The host was very nice and welcoming to us, it was great talking to her about anything. The apartment was super clean and has everything for an even longer stay. We will be coming back!

The location is perfect if you are looking to get away from civilization for a bit, the nature is beautiful and the house is very well equipped. We will be back for sure.

The location is great, few minutes off the highway overlooking the lake. Great outdoor space for warmer days. We were mostly inside near a cozy fireplace. Really spacious, well equipped and with 3 bathrooms and a sauna shower, so really good for large groups.
