A great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, high-standard and very clean room. It was nice to be able to use the bar area on the floor for free to get a bottle of water or make coffee or tea. The breakfast was also delicious and very varied. I definitely recommend it.

A big plus for the location, cleanliness and standard, and an equipped refrigerator included in the price. Breakfast with no time limit (we ate it at 12!) Alessia was very kind and helpful!

The host kindly met us late at night (though it has no 24h reception) and communication was great, the host always replied within few minutes. There were included drinks and snacks in the room + included breakfast in the nearest cafe. Location is very good, 2 minutes walk to very nice and comfortable beaches. And the interior is high quality. love this place and definitely would recommend it to a friend. 10/10

Beautiful modern property with many extras. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was great that we could reserve two beds and umbrella on the beach with a discount. Staff very attentive and friendly.

A really nice place! The beach was only a few minutes walk. The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was really nice, clean and we had a big balcony.

Everything was great, just the living room is not this one from the picture, I think there are many apartments and we have another one with one smaller living and open space with the kitchen :) Was very good :) We could have late check out and paid 100 EUR extra for this option, good for us with 2 small kids. I don't have anything bad to tell, we were statisfied.

The location, was perfect, so central. Elena was fantatstic, super responsive - nothing was too much trouble. Check-in was simple and we had the best night's sleep. If we're in the area again we will definitely be choosing this gorgeous place.

Alma Luxury House is perfect for a stay in Lanciano. The quality of furniture throughout the house is excellent and Alessandra (property owner) takes excellent care of her guests. The House is ideally located & in less than 2 minutes walk you are at the cathedral & many restaurants. I strongly recommend Alma Luxury House to anyone visiting Lanciano.

We’re travelling often to Pescara and this was the best stay of them all. It’s simply perfect: a brand new, completely refurbished apartment equipped with everything you need. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is big and everything is clean and pretty. There are 3 double rooms that share the same kitchen and lobby, so it’s perfect for travelling in a group of 6. Each double room has its own private bathroom. The cleaning was done daily, with changing towels and bedsheets every day - amazing! The breakfast is assured by a local coffee shop nearby, with very good options for all tastes. The property is 2 minutes away from the seaside, 3 minutes away from a supermarket and about 10 minutes away from the city centre, which you reach by a very nice street with shops and restaurants. Monica was a very kind and helpful host, making sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend staying at Le Ciulla! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
