Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff who for my birthday surprised me with a room upgrade, cake with candle after dinner and sang happy birthday! We were welcomed to enjoy the pool and facilities after check out too. An incredible stay.

The driver was very nice and gave us some good suggestions of places to visit and stayed with us at the ferry to help us with the bags

Rooms are modern and bright and offer free Wi-Fi. We LOVED the location of this hotel... very close to the restaurants and shops, but on a quieter street over-looking the sea in the distance!! We also loved the staff who were very welcoming and super helpful. The pool was stunning - huge mosaic pool! The breakfast was great with the restaurant over-looking the sea in in the distance. The hotel has an old-world charm about it! We loved it!!

I would like to do a public praise to Roberta, she is the best in this hotel. She helped us with the luggage, funicular and booked us the restaurant. She gave us all the information before we arrived in Capri. She was fundamental for our best experience in Capri. Thank you so much!
