The rich buffet breakfast includes home-made products. First of all, the staff of Solo Experience was wonderful: very helpful, always very friendly and easy to get along with! We had mentioned problems with our train which was scheduled rather late on the day of our departure and Nina from reception really cheered us up and offered help in case we needed to find a hotel for another night (Solo Experience was fully booked that night). She absolutely lifted our spirits upon departure and probably saved our night with her positive attitude! All the staff was also very uncomplicated regarding the storage of our luggage for the whole day. Apart from that the hotel was at a perfect location, very close to amazing restaurants and around the corner of Santa Maria Del Fiore. The room was pretty and clean and the hotel offers a great continental breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back next time we visit Florence
