Location was outstanding being close to the town and with outstanding views. In particular the balcony overlooking the lake for meals and relaxing was spectacular. The access to the facilities and facilities themselves eg pool and health club was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We also loved the well maintained gardens. We would rate this accomodation 5 star 10/10

Simply the best hotel I ever stayed. The facilities are top quality and the room was spacious for four of us. The service was outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant experience in the city. The restaurant run by them is the best restaurant I went during the trip. Make sure you try them out:)

The staff were extremely helpful and so pleasant. By the second morning they had remembered our breakfast order. The hotel location is amazing with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The quality and value for money at the Michelin star restaurant was outstanding.

We stayed at the hotel just for one night and it was great! We found the place recommended on the Michelin guide and decided to try both the hotel and the restaurant. The room was clean and confortable. The restaurant was superb and definitely worth a visit. Nice and friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and made our visit very special because it was our honeymoon. The restaurant, Filo, has 1 Michelin star which we didn't realise when we booked so a few dinners there were really exceptional. Beautiful views of the lake and very luxurious apartments complete with a washer/dryer. The hotel has also won some design awards as well. Even though it was a bit of a drive from Como, it was well worth the effort getting there!

The property is so modern which normallynisnt my bag but it is stunning. In the most beautiful historic building in a fabulous location. 5 stars isnt enough its great even has a little outside terrace. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, iron, proper hairdryer etc so well appointed better than lits of exclusive hotels i have stayed in. Plus Nic was so helpful before our stay and during!!!

We loved everything. The view is gorgeous, i think it is the best you can get in Bellagio. Good food, nice wine, a wonderful italian breakfast, the services cannot be rated with less than 5 stars. A van was sent to pick us up for a reasonable tax. The driver made us a tour of the area. We really felt having a VIP experiece. Having the best of Bellagio only for us compensated the fact that almost everything was closed. Many thanks to our hosts.
