She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind — always ready to assist and full of great recommendations. You can really feel the care she puts into making her guests feel comfortable. Absolutely beautiful and stunning house and location. This is a must stay in the area of lake como....we cannot recommend this villa highly enough! Everything and everyone was perfect during our stay. Alessandro Lina and Ingrid were so lovely and kind and helpful...the most perfect hosts! We shed a tear when we left...we took our dog Ted with us and they were so kind and loving towards him...he could run about everywhere and he had plenty of treats! We would highly recommend this villa in lake como and we definitely are coming back!!!

Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony filled with flowers was a lovely touch in addition the location was perfect . The open kitchen outside the room was very well equipped and added to the overall charm of the place. But what made the experience truly special was Alessandro. He was so kind and helpful full of warmth and love. When I asked him to help us book a taxi to Como station, he generously offered to drive us himself. I can’t thank him enough for this beautiful gesture. Highly recommended👌

The hotel was great .. rooms was comfy and it was clean and very near to the lake and center for me this is as of now the best modern hotel that i have visited in my life .. i love that hotel and of course i will come to it again
