The hotel was on a really nice location, near Plaza di Spana. Staff was amazing and super helpful, there's always whatsapp to get in contact which is super easy. The bedroom was beautiful and super spacious compared with the surrounding area.

TB Place ticked all our boxes interms of location, comfort, amenities and the attention to detail in our room. The room was exceptionally furnished with smart lighting and facilities. We had a full mini bar, good coffee machine, kettle, robes, slippers all of it. The bathroom was very big and spacious and beautiful. The room service was efficient and second to none. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The rooftop bar was lovely too and the restaurant was exceptional. This is going to be definitely our hotel in our future trips in Rome. Can't wait to go back.

Erreggi Luxury Rooms bevindt zich in het centrum van Rome, dicht bij metrostation Lepanto, Vaticaanse Musea en metrostation Ottaviano - San Pietro. The property has a good location; safe, quiet, and close enough to walk to most places. Margherita had been interested in our needs during the stay and supported us all the time with a huge effort. The breakfast is okay, too sweet for our taste. I liked the the quality of the equipment in the room; coffee machine, hair dryer, shower. They prepared a bunch of surprises in the minibar for us, thank you for hospitality. I would stay again if came again.

Amazing location within walking distance of all major rome attractions. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean with lots of space and don't forget the rooftop view.

The room was so quaint and cozy, home away from home. Location was perfect for our needs. Renata our hostess was exceptional, very attentive and responsive. It was my partners birthday and she had bubbly and flowers on the bed. I got brownie points for that.

We had a fantastic family trip staying at this hotel in Rome! The staff were outstanding—especially the reception team, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. It’s also wheelchair-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The location is excellent—just steps from the metro and bus stops, and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Breakfast may be small in size, but the quality is top-notch. A truly pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!
