The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help. One moment really showed how special this place is: we lost our bag in Venice, most likely taken by mistake in the crowds on the boats. With thousands of tourists around, the chances of getting it back felt almost impossible. But the hotel staff immediately supported us, and thanks to their help the people who had taken it by mistake actually returned it directly to the hotel. That level of care and service is rare, and it turned what could have been a stressful trip into a memory we will always treasure. We warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
