Dinner was truly fabulous, with a delightful menu that exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was more standardized, but still enjoyable. The onsen facilities were a highlight—clean, spacious, and very relaxing. My room offered a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and the hotel pool, and it was immaculate throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone (with or without kids) looking for a relaxing retreat.

All of the staff were very attentive. Language barrier was tough because most of them couldnt speak english. However, we met two Indonesian staff who helped translate some of our basic needs. Most of them went along the way to really help us out. One of the things I learned there through their staff, they said "doing the best is our standard". So imagine the kinds of services they will do for you.

We liked the quiet location, the staff’s friendliness and determination to make us feel at home, and also the food! We had our 2 year old daughter with us, and she had a great time as well. The private bath and the bath in the room was absolitely out of this world. We were so relaxed after everything that we all fell asleep like babies.
