We were here only for a short stay overnight after our 11hr flight, but left very refreshed especially with the buffet breakfast which had an excellent selection of tasty foods and drinks. Very spacious room with great design, ideal when traveling with a lot of suitcases, closet, very comfortable bed, great amenities which were refilled every day, big bathroom, wide window with nice night view, the sofa and table are nice for relaxing or working, and has main as well as ambient lighting. The AC is great (for people sensitive to air current is ideal, as it's not directed to the bed), and even though it was winter, the room was warm and didn't necessarily needed heating. The staff was very kind (especially at the reception bar) and helpful. The location is convenient next to the airport, and there is a direct metro line to some of the central parts of Tokyo.

Everything was not only clean, immaculate, very spacious, but we noticed so many details about how things were done in this Hilton that you just cannot find in any others anymore in North America. One was the manipulation of the bathroom mirror leaving a clear patch for you to see through, even though the whole bathroom is fogged over. Another is the classiness and the delicateness of all the ceramic in the room. We wished that we could purchase it, but we weren't able to sadly. Everything was amazing.

The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions.
