Owner Lee was very friendly & helpful. Recommended the Michelin Guide bibimbab which was the best I've had. Also very proficient in English. He helped us book a taxi to train station. He maintains the lodge very well. Clean, comfortable, homely. Totally enjoyed.

I got to experience a traditional Hanok. It was really relaxing. The hosts Mr Lee and his his wife treated us like family. This sort of hospitality is exceptional and I will remember this experience for a long time. I didn't stay there looking for luxury, I stayed their for the culteral experience and that is what I received. Worth the experience

Our brief stay, just one night, with my mom, aimed to immerse ourselves in an authentic hanok experience. While not luxurious, the accommodations were simple yet comfortable. The owner's communication was excellent, and the location couldn't have been more ideal.

The location is superb, puts you straight within the Hanok village. The host is super nice, gives good information on where to eat and is generally helpful.

The reception staff were superb 👍. Very helpful and took extra effort to help us search for information as we do not speak the Korean Language. The 2 reception ladies could understand a little English which was very helpful to us. The night shift lady even guided us how to use the washing machine and dryer. Really thankful for her thoughtfulness. Always with a smile🥰. Breakfast was good with variety and local cuisine.

The location was perfect, you could reach the main attractions by foot. The owner was kind, since there was not a lot of persons he made sure I had a bottom bed by opening a new dorm. The breakfast was simple but had everything I needed: coffee, tea, bread, jam, cereals. The rooms were perfect. We had one bathroom for 4 people which is luxury compare to other guesthouses. The lower bunk beds had curtains which I really like.

The building is so beautiful! It is so cool and unique to sleep in an actual Hanok house. The floor is warm which is so nice when it's cold outside. I loved it! The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I had an amazing sleep. Location is superb, everything is in walking distance. Host was kind and friendly.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It felt so luxurious and well designed. We used all the features and the jacuzzi was so nice, even in winter. The little gifts were lovely and the host was very helpful. The house smelled amazing and the Aesop products were beautiful to use. The location was central and close to everything. My only downside was the bed was a little soft and not the most comfortable for us. I did expect something a little bigger and comfy for the price, but still, this is just a small negative.

It is a hanok so don't expect a 5 stars hotel bed but we were looking for a hanok experience and it was just as we wanted it ! The personnel was super friendly and the homemade breakfast delicious !
