The place was gorgeous (even better than on the photos), and Josué and Clau went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - and then some. The level of service was unprecedented, including the rooftop breakfast, help with transport, responsiveness, tips for Tepotzlan, etc. The rooms and outside areas are great, a small oasis in Tepotzlan.
