Fernando and Luis are extremely attentive and eager to accommodate one's requests. The hotel is extremely well located, in a quiet area with good restaurants nearby (to make up for the fact that the hotel does not provide any food services). Very close to the beach (a 3 minute walk) and also a 10-15 minute walk away from Punta Zicatela where more restaurants, bars and shops are located. Fernando welcomes you with detailed orientations regarding how to move in Puerto Escondido, what to do and his recommended spots. The hotel pool is delightful and comfortable with a small living area to rest and enjoy a sunny afternoon. My room was in excellent condition, it included a private swimming pool which I enjoyed very much. Decorations were very tasteful and allowed for a very pleasant rest. The shower is amazing, very illuminated and great water pressure, feels like showering outdoors. I also enjoyed very much the complimentary toiletries from Vervan, excellent choice. If you wish to cook, the room has a fully-equipped kitchen. The room has its own private wi-fi which is ultra convenient if you have to devote a couple of hours to working remotely as I had to. Definitely will come back and highly recommend!

The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, room service and currency exchange for guests. One of nicest accommodations we stayed in during our Mexico trip! Rooms were clean and very modern. The stuff was super nice and helpful, facilities were really good, too - you could enjoy good free coffee, tea or drinking water 24/7. Sunny terrace and a colourful, safe neighbourhood was just another plus. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, the owner was very helpful. The Hotel is very quiet (except of the dogs and rosters that entertain the neighbourhood) and clean. Our room was beautiful and well-equipped. We woule definitely stay there again.

The staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was gorgeous and we loved the design! They offer a free morning yoga and happy hour 2-for-1 drinks too.
