The hotel is gorgeous. Every corner is so cool. The staff is very attentive, the food and drink is excellent. We stayed for one night while visiting from Tulum. I wish we couldve stayed longer. The room was so beautiful. My son loved his bed on the loft. The room is large and the bed and linens are so cozy. I cant wait to come back.

Such a nice hotel in Bacalar. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and helpful with any questions and providing recommendations for the area. Access to free filtered water and hot water, as well as tea and coffee was great. They also have some cats and a dog who were lovely to pet and see around. The pool is also great with the heat and humidity. Such big beds too!
