The hotel itself, the sitting spaces in the garden, the restaurant was amazing, the food was great, the staff were excellent. The room was beautiful!!! It was a great experience all around! Highly recommend!!

It's very convenient, very close to the main attractions, and the breakfast is different every day, which I like very much. The waiters and doormen here are very professional and kind. Especially Dennis, the receptionist at the front desk. I will stay here again next time.

Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. The property has a swimming pool and spa. Food is absolutely delicious, with great selections. Spa was oasis of comfort The concierge was extremely helpful and patient, helped me to book train tickets and local transport. Their resturant opens 5:30am so we could take a bit or grab some take-away before we boarded the train for Machu Pichhu, which itself was a great comfort. Staff is genuinely warm and welcoming!

Its regal interiors are decorated with stylish antiques and crystal chandeliers. Free WiFi access is provided. We visited the hotel for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. They surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which made us really happy. The staff was always smiling and helpful- thumbs up to Guido. The restaurant and breakfast were very tasty. It was like we were living in a museum, every corner was special. The location was also very central, 2 minutes walk from the main square of Cusco. Thank you again for this wonderful stay and we look forward to come back!

They include heating system and feature a private balcony or terrace, offering views of the valley. Room service is available. The facilities were amazing !! The bed was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. We couldn’t enjoy of the breakfast buffet because we had to leave early for a trip, but the staff prepared our breakfast in a bag to take away, really appreciated it.
