This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. Staff were so professional and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and stylish. The pool area was lovely with free towels to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can sit in the outside dining area with an amazing view. Very peaceful and just step outside to hotel and you're in a busy area with popular food places and sites. They organised an airport transfer and I also used the hammam and had a great massage. Loved it!
